The Treaty of Stockholm (de Wør Stockholms) were two treaties signed in 1719 and 1720 ending the Great Northern War between Sweeden on one side and Hanover and Prussia on the other side. Sweeden ended hostilites with the other powers by signing the Treaty of Fredericksburg with Denmark-Norway in 1720 and the Treaty of Nystad with Russia in 1721.

Treaty with HanoverEdit

In the treaty with Hanover on November 9, 1719, Sweden ceded the dominion of Bremen-Verden.
